The Manifesto

From the moment people started using collective work the progress began. Nations appeared. Countries appeared. Companies appeared. Nowadays we spend years in companies doing our work with passion and dedication. Our work helps companies to build great products and push the progress forward. Our work makes companies’ owners rich and powerful. BUT What we have in return? Salary that is barely enough to pay bills. Fear that we can be faired at any moment. Uncertainty about the future. And finally we are left with nothing. Is it that we work for? People don’t live to work. People work to live. Creativity and action is a basis of a human fulfillment that permeates all life. Results of our work give us feelings of joy and happiness. And moreover - results of our work make impact on everyone’s life. That is why it would be fair to make results of our efforts working on us. That is why we have to start calculating Impact we make. We should switch from the Economic model of cooperation to the Impactonomic model of cooperation. Economic model of cooperation works for companies. Impactonomic model of cooperation works for people. Economic model of cooperation force people work for salary and excludes them from companies’ success and profit. Impactonomic model of cooperation makes visible everyone’s Impact to company’s success and ensures fair and inevitable participation in profit distribution. Economic model of cooperation makes rich people richer. Impactonomic model of cooperation ensures fair pay. We believe that move from shareholder capitalism to contributors’ ownership will change how the world looks like. Join
